Structural BIM Technician (Remote)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a Structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician for full-time employment. Applicants should be purpose-driven and indicate a strong interest in developing production proficiencies and standards in Revit.
Responsibilities:
Project
- Executes the assigned structural modeling tasks
- Develops sheet views of plans, details and notes from the Revit model
- Maintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s)
- Reviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness
- Assists with the development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families
- Assists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall project coordination
- Participates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Revit required
- Minimum 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel and light gauge building structures preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Ability to problem-solve and collaborate on innovative solutions
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
