We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the UAE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems
* Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply
* Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

* Clear communication with both internal and external customers
* Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
* Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
