Role Overview – Customer Success Coordinator The Customer Success Coordinator at arenaflex is the engine that powers the renewal lifecycle for our most valuable enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end contract renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and acting as the trusted liaison between the Customer Success, Revenue, Marketing, and Legal teams. Your work directly contributes to the financial health of arenaflex and ensures that our customers continue to experience the value and ROI they expect from our platform. Key Responsibilities - Renewal Lifecycle Management: Own the full renewal process—from forecasting and quoting to agreement negotiations, purchase‑order acquisition, and order submission. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Account Executives to align renewal strategies with broader account growth plans. - Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively monitor customer health metrics, flag potential churn risks, and work with Customer Success Managers to implement retention tactics. - Upsell & Expansion Enablement: Detect and surface expansion opportunities, ensuring the appropriate sales resources are engaged to maximize account growth. - Data‑Driven Forecasting: Leverage CRM data, usage analytics, and financial models to produce accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline reports for senior leadership. - Customer Communication: Conduct renewal calls, virtual meetings, and webinars that clearly articulate contract terms, value propositions, and next‑step actions. - Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of renewal contracts, special terms, and compliance requirements in accordance with internal policies. - Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to refine renewal processes, templates, and best‑practice playbooks.
