Includes but not limited to: • Lead the recruitment and identification of individual patient simulations for social work based off university program needs • Work collaboratively with independent contractor(s) who submit simulation information to design an assessment and/or intervention plan for the social work simulation library • Develop all necessary elements for a patient simulation including but not limited to: case history/patient background information, collaborators, assessments/intervention activities, clinical findings and recommendations/summaries that adhere to social work evidence-based practice. • Program new simulations in the Simucase™ administration system Interactive Patient Video Library Development: Strategically develop and maintain a patient video library consisting of social work instructional videos and patient experiences based on university program course offerings. Includes but not limited to: • Lead the recruitment and identification of individual patient education videos based off university program needs - videos may be submitted by practicing social workers, contracted locations, and/or patients • Develop and/or edit questions to add to patient videos that promote critical thinking and active participation General Duties: The Lead Learning and Simulation Creator takes part in the general operations of the website to coordinate development efforts with other departments. Includes but not limited to: • Work with universities and students to support Simucase sales and education • Provide quality assurance for new project initiatives to support Simucase development • Assist marketing efforts and initiatives by providing academic knowledge and expertise • Assist in collaborative research projects with universities and develop and present presentations and educational lectures • Present at state and/or national conferences on the use of simulations within the social work profession Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a current state license in good standing • 5+ years clinical Social Work experience with LCSW or higher • Experience with simulation-based education is preferred • Experience with providing clinical supervision is preferred • Experience with higher education in social work is preferred • High level of comfort with using technology daily and in learning new technologies • Top notch written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well with a team • Extremely reliable and motivated to go the extra mile This position is ideal for someone who is: • Team Oriented • Can-do mentality • An excellent communicator • Intellectually curious • A self-starter • Highly attentive to detail • Achievement and purpose oriented • A strong leader • Reliable and trustworthy TO APPLY: To apply, please submit a cover letter with your application.
