Overview
We are a U.S.-based manufacturer and e-commerce company operating on Shopify with a significant Google Ads budget (up to $7,000/day across ~40 campaigns).
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to audit, restructure, and optimize our existing campaigns — with a strong focus on Shopping and feed integrity.
This is not a beginner account. We need someone comfortable managing high daily spend and product-segmented campaigns.
Current Structure
18 primary product categories (each targeting distinct market segments)
Each category has:
1 Search (AdWords) campaign
1 Standard Shopping campaign
A few catch-all campaigns
Total: ~40 campaigns
Daily cap across account: approx. $7,000
Recently migrated from Yahoo to Shopify
Currently refining product catalog and options
Phase 1 Priority: Product Feed & Merchant Center
We want to:
Create and maintain a single clean product feed
Directly from Shopify (Shopify Google app acceptable)
No third-party feed tools
All products properly categorized
Clean titles, descriptions, GTINs, MPNs, product types
Ensure Shopping campaigns align precisely with feed structure
Eliminate misalignment between:
Campaign structure
Product segmentation
Merchant Center categorization
Important: Campaign Philosophy
We do NOT want:
Performance Max
Smart Campaigns
Automated “black box” structures
We will only use:
Standard Search campaigns
Standard Shopping campaigns
We have tested PMax and similar campaign types. They significantly increased spend without improving sales.
If your primary strategy relies on PMax, this role is not a fit.

Required Experience
Proven experience managing high daily spend accounts
Shopify + Google Merchant Center expertise
Deep understanding of Standard Shopping campaign structuring
Strong feed optimization background
Ability to work within strict campaign-type constraints
Clear reporting and strategic thinking
