Our unique approach to collaboration with emerging artists, iconic brands, and fashion labels has resulted in a curated collection of notebooks, notecards, diaries, and journals that inspire creativity and self-expression. **The Role** As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat. You'll work closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide support to arenaflex customers via email and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries • Follow established procedures to ensure customers receive the correct information and a speedy resolution to their issue • Collaborate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer customer questions throughout their journey with us • Work with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience • Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on the day's inbox • Answer customer questions on using the online editor to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and product formats **Requirements** • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce business • Quick learner with a hands-on approach and willingness to ask questions • Experience working in a team to meet SLAs or KPIs and maintaining high standards of customer engagement • Excellent written and spoken English • Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom (not essential) • Quiet working environment at home with access to high-speed, private internet • Reliable laptop or desktop computer **Benefits** • 3-month fixed-term contract from November 5th to January 31st • Generous staff discount • Remote working • 9 am to 5:30 pm ET schedule Monday through Friday, plus one weekend of work during the contract • 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily • 1 paid wellness hour per week • 37.5 paid contract hours per week • Friendly and fantastic team! • 4 paid US Public Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day) • 6 paid days off **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
