**The Mission of US Customer Finance**
Our US Customer Finance team is the heartbeat of arenaflex's customer-facing operations. We provide centralized financial expertise to our various customer interaction channels, including brand marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, order & pick-up channels, and payments. We partner closely with business teams to deliver reporting and support that helps us achieve our strategic priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Financial Analyst on our US Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for:
* **Revenue Planning and Analysis**: Own dynamic financial modeling that contributes to the US revenue build, providing actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
* **Financial Acumen**: Champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, leading with financial acumen, business knowledge, and expertise to influence business leaders and drive alignment to the strategic vision.
* **Financial Presentations**: Present financial results with actionable insights to drive alignment to the strategic vision, and influence business leaders as a trusted financial advisor.
* **Cross-Functional Partnerships**: Build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
* **Subject Matter Expertise**: Serve as the subject matter expert within US Finance to translate the financial impact of customer engagement strategies, setting the discount budget and influencing overall transaction projections.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of US military experience**
* **5+ years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting**
* **2+ years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills**
* **3+ years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader**
**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Advanced degree in finance or a related field**
