We're now looking for a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our growing New York Branch, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, building long-lasting relationships, and driving value and ROI for our largest clients. **About the Role** As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, responsible for learning their needs, understanding their business workflow, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our clients to onboard new customers, conduct quarterly Business Reviews, and lead value-driven conversations to ensure they're getting the most out of our platform. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in serving as a technical authority for customer queries on the arenaflex Platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the arenaflex team, building and maintaining strong relationships that drive long-term success * Onboard new customers and conduct ongoing quarterly Business Reviews to ensure they're achieving their goals and objectives * Lead value-driven conversations with customers to identify areas for growth and optimization, and develop strategies to address these opportunities * Analyze key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points and areas for improvement * Educate clients on best practices for using the arenaflex platform, and provide guidance on how to get the most out of our solutions * Proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and develop strategies to address these opportunities * Organically grow your portfolio of clients by delivering additional solutions and tools based on business needs * Demonstrate continuous value of arenaflex's solutions by maintaining high retention rates * Lead online walk-throughs, webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to provide a full onboarding experience **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships * Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of IT and technology * Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for growth and optimization * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and workflows * Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a SaaS or software company, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges * Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and optimization * Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Experience with online training and development programs, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles * Certification in customer success or a related field, such as CSAT or CSM **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of IT and technology * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and workflows * Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for growth and optimization * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools * Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
