**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act)
* Documenting complaints accurately and handling refund and coupon processing
* Maintaining knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
* Assisting with technical inquiries and complaint handling
* Performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
