Key Responsibilities
- Design & Documentation: Create comprehensive High‑Level Designs (HLD), Low‑Level Designs (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) for data‑center and enterprise network solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into robust, scalable network architectures leveraging arenaflex’s portfolio of routing, switching, and overlay technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams—including arenaflex engineers, customer staff, and third‑party partners—to diagnose complex network issues and deliver actionable resolutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices, risk mitigation, and technology adoption strategies.

Essential Qualifications
- U.S. Person Status: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
- Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for SCI.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with arenaflex networking technologies, focusing on data‑center and enterprise environments.
- Foundational Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – this requirement has been retained as the industry‑standard baseline.
- Geographic Proximity: Residence within reasonable commuting distance to Ft. Meade, MD, with the ability to work onsite 3‑4 days per week.

- Deep Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with routing and switching platforms, IP routing, MPLS, LAN switching, multicast, route redistribution, and advanced feature sets such as BGP, OSPF, IS‑IS, EIGRP, QoS, IPv6, STP, vPC, Fabric Path, and more.
