Job Overview CHP is seeking an experienced Salesforce Contract Data Specialist to support a time-limited data abstraction and CRM update project. This is a project-based independent contractor role expected to last up to six (6) months, with an estimated 20–40 hours per week based on project needs. This position is remote and does not include employee benefits. Hours and deliverables will be agreed upon between the contractor and CHP. The ideal contractor will have strong experience interpreting contract documents and entering structured data into Salesforce, with the ability to work independently and meet defined deliverables. Key Responsibilities • Extract and enter contract and customer data into Salesforce from executed agreements and related documents. • Abstract key contract terms, including effective dates, renewal provisions, termination requirements, payment terms, and service obligations. • Maintain accurate and complete customer and contact records in Salesforce. • Follow CHP data standards and guidelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Identify missing or inconsistent information and document issues for CHP review. • Support periodic data validation and cleanup activities. • Provide defined data deliverables and progress updates per project schedule. Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience entering data into Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Ability to read and interpret commercial contract language with high accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data tools. • Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, or data migration projects. • Familiarity with data quality or data governance concepts. • Salesforce certification or formal Salesforce training.
