We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to for our client, a nationally recognized, mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on advancing life-saving medical research. This organization has invested hundreds of millions of dollars into groundbreaking scientific discovery and is entering an exciting new chapter with the implementation of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. In this role, you will lead ongoing management and optimization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) following a major system launch. This is a high-impact role supporting fundraising, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring Salesforce becomes the trusted source of truth for donor engagement and development operations. What You’ll Do Salesforce Administration & Configuration • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration (users, roles, permissions, data security) • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules • Optimize and enhance Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for fundraising and donor management • Maintain sandbox environments and support testing/deployment of enhancements Reporting & Insights • Build dashboards and reports that drive actionable fundraising insights • Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics • Leverage Salesforce Einstein and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and donor opportunities • Create intuitive reporting so teams can truly “live in Salesforce” Integrations & Data Management • Manage integrations with fundraising and financial systems (e.g., donor platforms, accounting tools, marketing automation) • Ensure strong data hygiene through audits, deduplication, and validation • Support automation initiatives to streamline recurring processes Process Optimization & Stakeholder Support • Oversee development operations including gift entry, acknowledgments, and pipeline tracking • Identify and implement workflow improvements across fundraising and finance teams • Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert • Provide training and documentation to support strong user adoption What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud in a nonprofit environment • Strong understanding of fundraising operations (gift processing, acknowledgments, stewardship) • Experience building reports and dashboards • Experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, and security best practices • Familiarity with integrations and third-party tools • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) a plus Compensation & Benefits • Base salary range: $100,000–$125,000 (depending on experience and location) • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance and short- and long-term disability • 403(b) • Paid time off Work Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
