We operate as a remote-first, online team, enabling fast cross-border coordination and project delivery.
2) Role Summary
We are hiring a part-time Sales Consultant to develop B2B opportunities in energy and power solutions within the DFW market.
This is a consultative sales role focused on converting qualified demand into RFQs/quotations, coordinating proposals with our internal teams, and closing contracts supported by an end-to-end delivery workflow (solution matching → supply coordination → integration support → delivery support).
Work model: Remote-first (online). No local office required.
Employment type: Part-time (flexible hours)
Monthly stipend: USD $800/month (work-related support)
Commission: 2%–4% of contract value (minimum 2%), depending on product category and deal type.
3) Key Responsibilities
A) Business Development (B2B)
• Identify and engage qualified prospects (integrators, EPC/engineering firms, electrical contractors, distributors, and industrial/commercial buyers).
• Qualify opportunities by discovering requirements, mapping stakeholders, and defining project scope/timeline.
• Convert demand into actionable opportunities by initiating RFQs and supporting quotations.
B) Proposal Coordination & Deal Execution
• Coordinate internally with technical/supply teams to ensure accurate solution matching and timely proposal delivery.
• Drive follow-ups, negotiation, and closing actions across medium sales cycles.
• Maintain basic CRM-style tracking (pipeline, decision makers, next steps, and risks).
C) Market Feedback
• Provide structured feedback on local demand, pricing expectations, competitor alternatives, and high-potential verticals.
4) Qualifications
Must-have
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development for technical products or solutions.
• Comfortable with consultative selling: lead qualification, requirement discovery, RFQ/quotation handling, and proposal coordination.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline; able to work remotely and coordinate across time zones.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have
• Familiarity with energy/power scope such as power distribution (MV/LV), switchgear, transformers, protection & control, substation-related equipment, renewables, energy storage (BESS), or industrial power systems.
• Existing network in one or more of the following: integrators, EPCs, contractors, distributors, or industrial/commercial buyers.
Work Style
• Self-driven, reliable follow-up, comfortable with performance-based compensation.
• Able to keep clean notes and pipeline records (basic tracking is enough).
5) Performance & Success Metrics
You will be measured on:
• Number of qualified meetings and validated opportunities created per month
• Number and value of RFQs/quotations supported
• Number of closed-won deals (contract value)
• Pipeline quality and follow-up discipline
6) Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly stipend: USD $800/month (work-related support such as phone/transportation), subject to performance and local compliance
• Commission: 2%–4% of contract value (minimum 2%), based on product category and deal type
• Commission paid aligned with confirmed contract and payment milestones
• Official Sales/Cooperation Manager Certification and verified status after formal collaboration begins
7) Target Area
This role focuses on the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and surrounding regions.
Priority cities/subregions: Dallas / Fort Worth / Plano / Irving / Arlington (flexible depending on your network and project coverage).
