The Credit Risk Coordinator will provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support across Special Loans operations and Risk & Regulatory Relations. Responsibilities - Compile relevant file data in preparation of watchlist loan management and default proceedings - Communicate with account managers, borrowers, lawyers, trustees, and others involved in the management of watchlist loans - Prepare detailed mortgage statements to be included with instruction letter to solicitors with respect to issuance of formal demand for payment and/or legal proceedings - Manage administration of Special loans in Portfolio Plus including Collection status, PAC settings, CIFs, comments, risk rating & checklists - Requisition payment of expenses. e.g., legal expenses, appraisal expenses, insurance costs, receivership advances, property management expenses etc - Submit transaction postings for Special Loans (ex. Fees) - Submit mortgage postings to apply funds to loans - Prepare legal documents, bankruptcy documents, consumer proposals, and custodial forms for management signoff - Assist in preparing mortgage deficiency claims, and supplemental claims, for submission to CMHC - Manage force-placed insurance process as enforced properties are added to or deleted from PTC master corporate insurance (impairment) policy - Prepare various reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Maintain a centralized log of regulatory issues, findings, and commitments, ensuring clear documentation of remediation activities, timelines, and ownership - Track remediation progress and proactively escalate delays, risks to timely resolution, or emerging gaps to the AVP, Risk & Regulatory Relations - Maintain well‑organized, auditable records of regulatory communications, supervisory letters, correspondence, audit findings, and follow‑up actions to support transparency and ongoing compliance - Support Risk & Regulatory Relations with data gathering, report compilation, and administration of risk governance processes - Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes Skills - Support both the AVP, Special Loans and the AVP, Risk & Regulatory Relations - Provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support across two critical functions: Special Loans operations and Risk & Regulatory Relations - Compile relevant file data in preparation of watchlist loan management and default proceedings - Communicate with account managers, borrowers, lawyers, trustees, and others involved in the management of watchlist loans - Prepare detailed mortgage statements to be included with instruction letter to solicitors with respect to issuance of formal demand for payment and/or legal proceedings - Manage administration of Special loans in Portfolio Plus including Collection status, PAC settings, CIFs, comments, risk rating & checklists - Requisition payment of expenses, e.g., legal expenses, appraisal expenses, insurance costs, receivership advances, property management expenses etc - Submit transaction postings for Special Loans (ex.
