? Independently handle inquiries from providers, members, and stakeholders, conducting research to answer complex questions
? Monitor and track vendor performance, providing recommendations for improvements

? Experience in monitoring quality and productivity metrics in a healthcare environment
? Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to leadership

? Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
? Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and compliance
? Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and content
