We are a residential solar company seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Project Manager to oversee Project Readiness from Point of Sale through Ready for Install.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can proactively manage timelines, hold internal teams accountable, and ensure projects move efficiently and accurately through design, permitting, and interconnection.
This role reports directly to the COO and plays a critical role in operational speed and quality.
What You’ll Own
• Manage all projects from signed contract through Ready for Install
• Drive internal timelines across design, engineering, utility, and permitting
• Track milestones and ensure nothing stalls
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate CRM and documentation
• Communicate clearly with sales teams regarding status updates
• Ensure all documentation is complete before install scheduling
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years project management experience
• Solar Industry experience is required
• Strong understanding of residential solar workflow (design, AHJ, utility, NTP)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable holding team members accountable
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (internal + external)
• Process-driven and systems-minded
