The Rental Specialist will assist customers with their equipment rental needs by providing excellent customer service and expertise on product offerings. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing rental agreements, tracking inventory, coordinating equipment delivery, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rental inventory and pricing. Collaboration with the team to ensure a seamless rental experience is an essential part of the role. Qualifications • Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills for assisting clients effectively • Familiarity with rental equipment or services and the ability to explain technical product details • Proficient in inventory tracking, data entry, and rental agreement processing • Strong organizational abilities for managing schedules, orders, and documentation • Experience working in an on-site, team-oriented environment with a commitment to collaboration • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently • Basic computer proficiency and experience with point-of-sale systems • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the equipment rental or customer service industry is a plus
