Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lightwork Home Health provides data-driven home health assessments, focusing on creating healthier living environments. The Report Writer and Operations Associate will primarily be responsible for writing and editing detailed home health reports, managing customer follow-ups, and supporting internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft and edit detailed client reports, manage the outstanding report tracker, and coordinate delivery timing, revisions, QA, and handoffs
- Maintain report SOPs and checklists to improve speed and consistency
- Draft answers to customer questions, keep follow-up organized so nothing falls through the cracks, and research product recommendations and building product options
- Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, internal trackers, and ownership docs that keep the business organized
- Own weekly dashboard assembly and help keep recurring tasks, follow-up, and process gaps visible
Skills
- Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience with technical or scientific writing, research, or other detail-heavy writing work in English
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing many moving parts without constant supervision
- Ability to work mostly US hours with majority overlap with 9am to 5pm PT
- Genuine interest in health and environmental toxin exposure
- Previous experience in operations, especially roles where you managed many moving parts across internal systems, customers, or execution
- Uses AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to speed up writing, research, and operations
- Comfortable working in Google Drive, Close CRM, and similar tools
