They are seeking a Mixed-Methods UX Researcher to influence product strategy and enhance user experience by conducting rigorous human-centered research in the intersection of AI and healthcare.
Responsibilities
• Design and execute mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative), including interviews, usability testing, formative and summative studies, diary studies, surveys, behavioral analytics, and literature reviews
• Synthesize and communicate insights through storytelling, frameworks, and visual artifacts to influence product strategy and design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Analytics, to analyze behavioral data, triangulate with qualitative findings, and advocate for user needs
• Contribute to UX research excellence by sharing best practices, setting standards, and mentoring team members
Skills
• BA/BS in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, etc), Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field or, in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of applied UX research experience
• Experience leading or supporting Human Factors studies and documentation
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools (e.g., Dscout, Qualtrics), with the ability to analyze complex datasets, apply basic statistics, and translate insights into product recommendations
• M.A/M.S./Ph.D. in Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field
• Experience in healthcare research: Consumer healthcare, digital health, or regulated domains, with familiarity in behavior change frameworks and health outcomes research
• Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products
• Experience driving alignment in fast-paced 0→1 environments
