Job Description:
• Focus on new logo acquisition, prospecting and closing self-generated leads within grocery chains and superstores across North America.
• Sell value-driven solutions that help brands improve customer experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes.
• Prospect, cold call, network, and leverage existing relationships to identify decision-makers and close new business.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end, from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
• Present compelling, value-based solutions and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations, account management, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to drive continued revenue growth.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling services or solutions to grocery stores, superstores, or retail organizations in North America.
• Proven ability to hunt for your own leads and manage the full sales lifecycle.
• An existing network of decision-makers within grocery or large retail environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America.
