[Remote] Technical Talent Acquisition Manager

The Technical Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in growing the business globally by managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities - Understand SDWAN, SASE, networking and security market - Have a good understanding of competitive landscape to target key talent - Run a full recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing to in-depth feedback and issuing offers - Headhunt the best talent via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to match requirements as outlined by hiring managers - Be a trusteed partner with hiring managers to understand their needs & candidate selection criteria - Assist with onboarding process - Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Skills - 1 to 3 years' experience in recruitment - Experience recruiting for a variety of engineering roles - Excellent communications skills to work with professionals at all levels - Able to work in a start-up environment - Ambitious, hardworking, self-starter, can-do attitude, results oriented - A team player who is excited to work with a young and ambitious team - Organized - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Degree or certificate in HR - Experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) - Experience working in a customer facing role Benefits - Competitive Salary & Incentives: We offer a competitive compensation package with and pre-IPO equity to reward your hard work and dedication. - Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to ensure you and your family stay healthy and covered. - Paid Time Off (PTO): Enjoy a generous PTO policy that includes vacation days, sick leave, and paid holidays to recharge and take care of personal matters. - Flexible Work Environment: We understand the importance of work-life balance.
