The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-performing technical team, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
Responsibilities
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
• Manage workload and resource planning
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
• Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture
• Lead business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region
• Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable
• Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance
• Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners
Skills
• Experience leading and coaching technical professionals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships
• Senior-level technical/project management experience
• PE registration
• Relevant certifications (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA)
