**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely and accurate resolution of technical queries and issues.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

2. Familiarity with Apple products and the iOS/MacOS environment.

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. High school degree; college degree preferred.

7. Experience working with customer support software is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications:**

A minimum of a High School degree is required; further education or certification in customer service, communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**

Previous experience in customer service or technical support, particularly with remote platforms, is preferred but not necessary for candidates demonstrating sufficient skills and aptitude.
