The Mom Project is excited to partner with a financial technology leader and bank holding company aiming to power the banking industry’s branchless future. They are seeking a contract Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Digital Acquisition) to support their business needs, focusing on leading digital and acquisition marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Lead hands-on execution and strategy for digital and acquisition marketing initiatives
• Own large-budget Paid Search (SEM) campaigns, including daily strategy and execution
• Manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms
• Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and performance
• Perform daily optimization and reporting on campaign performance
• Set up and manage campaign structures, including partner campaigns
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns using a structured experimentation approach
• Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data independently to inform decisions
• Develop and optimize bidding strategies across channels
• Apply customer journey thinking across the full marketing funnel
• Design and execute creative testing methodologies
• Develop and implement landing page testing strategies
• Make data-driven optimization decisions
• Leverage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve performance
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging best practices
• Apply AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and performance
Skills
• Senior-level experience in digital and acquisition marketing with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong expertise in Paid Search (SEM) and Paid Social campaign management
• Startup environment experience
• Background in FinTech or Technology industries
• Proven experience managing large marketing budgets
• Experience with multi-channel digital marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and reporting
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
• Strategic mindset with expertise in funnel-based marketing and experimentation
• Master's degree preferred
