**The Role**
As an Equipment Services Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of our technicians. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for:
* Scheduling and coordinating daily activities for 15+ technicians
* Interfacing directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams
* Identifying gaps in schedules and providing input on technician capacity
* Finding solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborating with various teams
* Working in SAP to support service activities and managing parts ordering
* Handling project-related work such as inventory support and processing returns
* Ensuring timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements
* Researching and resolving ticket scheduling issues using complex systems
* Monitoring and responding to incoming requests and emails related to special projects
* Participating in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency
**Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED required
* 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Experience in the beverage industry is preferred
* Familiarity with SAP or similar applications
