Responsibilities
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Provide training and mentorship to ensure team success
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
• Foster strong client relationships and improve retention
• Track team performance and implement improvements
Requirements
• Sales leadership experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
• A successful sales background with a history of meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• The ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively
