Location: Remote USA
What you will do:
- Lead the development and execution of a unified strategy to grow Maintenance Agreements across all Service regions
- Serve as the corporate owner of MA program direction, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Service objectives
- Analyze business trends, customer insights, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and facilitate the commercialization process across key service lines and vertical markets
- Collaborate with regional and district leaders, account managers, and service teams to drive field adoption and execution
- Recommend program enhancements based on operational performance, customer feedback, and field insights
- Champion a customer-first mindset by shaping an MA experience that is seamless, intuitive, and value-driven across all touchpoints
- Resolve program challenges with proactive solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Service Operations, HR, Sales, and Daikin factories to optimize workflows and support service delivery growth
- Equip field teams with training and resources to ensure confident, consistent execution of Maintenance Agreements
- Support internal and external promotion of Maintenance Agreements through collaboration with marketing and field teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 to 6 years of experience working on programs, sales support, contracts, or projects with different teams
- Experience should show you can help build strategy, support field teams, and work well across departments to improve customer experience and business results
- This position does not offer work visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Technical field
- Experience in HVAC, building services, or a commercial/industrial environment with a solid understanding of service operations and field execution
- Proven background in sales enablement, customer lifecycle management, or go-to-market strategy
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, support field execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and business performance
- Experience leading or contributing to program development, contract growth, or cross-functional product/project management efforts

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000k - $148,800K + up to 15% bonus in US. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
