Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Listen actively to assess customer needs and provide accurate information
- Access and update cardholder accounts regarding payments and benefits
- Address questions about transactions and account statuses
- Process transactions and perform research via web-based applications
- Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Maintain detailed knowledge of programs, policies, and technology
- Support team operations during peak times or staff absences
Skills
- Current residence in Texas required
- Minimum age of 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Completion of background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Verified, secure, reliable high-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps upload/download
- Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
- Ability to complete an internet speed test meeting specified criteria
- Company-provided computer equipment
- One or more years of prior call center experience
