As a Project Coordinator supporting the Engineering Operations team, you will drive operational efficiency and ensure projects stay on schedule while facilitating communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Engineering and operational leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and facilitate clear, consistent communication across teams
- Support project execution by tracking scope, cost, schedules, and deliverables for large or complex projects
- Collect, analyze, and validate project and operational data for reporting and decision-making
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and system tools used to monitor project status and performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, dashboards, or system functionality to improve project outcomes
- Track, process, and document project change requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update critical project documentation and internal records to ensure data integrity
- Assist with the development of training materials and support training efforts for project teams
- Facilitate and participate in SCRUM meetings, including daily or weekly stand-ups
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for leadership and executive teams
- Ensure project teams have the tools, resources, and information required to complete assigned tasks
- Communicate project requirements, timelines, and processes with functional managers and customers
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements using data-driven analysis
- Report project status, risks, timelines, and deliverables to senior leadership
- Provide coordination and scheduling support for executive team members as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience compiling, managing, and analyzing data from databases or reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- SCRUM certification preferred
- Experience working with global or distributed teams preferred
- Background in telecommunications or familiarity with telecom terminology is preferred
