Job Summary The Jr Condo Project Coordinator supports the review of planned or existing condominium communities by assisting in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of legal, financial, and project documentation. This role helps ensure homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium developments meet agency and investor eligibility requirements while working under the guidance of the Sr. Enterprise Condo Project Specialist. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Contacts HOAs and management companies to obtain required project documentation such as CC&Rs, Master Deed, By-Laws, budgets, insurance certificates, questionnaires, and reserve information. - Performs initial review and organization of documents to support agency and investor eligibility determinations under supervision of the Sr. Specialist. - Updates internal systems and communicates project status to internal stakeholders. - Assists in maintaining procedures, tracking logs, and documentation workflows. - Performs miscellaneous administrative or operational duties as assigned. Position Requirements Education - High School diploma or GED equivalent required Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage operations, condo project review support, underwriting support, or a related field preferred. - Exposure to condominium project documentation or agency guidelines is a plus. Functional/Technical Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with guidance from senior staff. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage systems (e.g., Encompass) preferred. - Familiarity with Fannie Mae Condo Project Manager (CPM), PERS, or CondoSafe is a plus but not required. Environmental/Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a standard office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sustain predictable work attendance, communicate with others, frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle or touch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
