Required Skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at internet navigation.
? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Experience in handling chat messaging within a contact center environment is highly desirable.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED.
? Minimum of 1 year in a call center setting.
? At least 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on performance metrics.
? 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector with a solid understanding of health services.
? Military experience or a background in veteran service is advantageous.
