Qualified Health is a healthcare AI company partnering with health systems to deploy AI platforms that deliver measurable financial and clinical outcomes. The Commercial Operations Coordinator will manage scheduling, coordinate industry events, maintain CRM quality, and prepare materials to support the commercial team in executing their strategies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions
- Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings
- Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed
- Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day
Skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment
- Exceptionally organized and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business software
- Take initiative. You see what needs to happen and do it without waiting to be asked
- Excited to learn how enterprise partnerships work at a high-growth healthcare AI company
- Want to build a career in commercial operations, strategy, or healthcare technology
- Willingness to travel domestically as required to support events and conferences
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
