The Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing initiatives, assist with new hire onboarding, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects across various platforms. Responsibilities - Works closely with Divisional Marketing Manager to coordinate and manage marketing project requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and campaigns through internal and external collaboration - Assists in writing, design, and assemble of marketing and communication collaterals - Manage the marketing onboarding for new hires, providing resources, training, and exceptional support for a smooth transition - Execute various marketing projects, including project management, social media design, print design, email creation, and event planning support - CRM assistance with databases, content and campaigns - Assist in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activities - Branch social media management for select branches - Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives - Other duties may be assigned Skills - Experience with marketing methodologies and event planning - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask - Proficient in Canva design - Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining fast-paced workflow - Knowledge of all social networking platforms - Thorough knowledge of top social media platforms, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn - Creative with an eye for detail and design - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - 1-3 years' experience in marketing - Must be able to lift up to ten pounds - Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S - Bachelor's degree preferred - Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required Company Overview - New American Funding provides cutting-edge marketing and technology efforts allow us to compete with large banks.
