**The Job**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, providing expert guidance and support to customers regarding their warranty and ancillary products. Your primary goal will be to educate and empower customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, manage conflicts, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

**The Specifics**
* **High School diploma required**: An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* **3+ years of experience**: You'll need at least 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
* **Automotive industry experience**: Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus, especially if you have exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing.
