We are seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at Bask Health in areas of Brazil and Egypt.
Requirements
- Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (workable) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentation
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
- Support additional recruitment initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce
