We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test packs
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Test and verify defects logged on TFS
- Compile test reports and release notes
- Support controlled releases and identify high-risk changes
- Assist developers and Product Owners with defect investigation
- Provide daily and weekly testing updates
Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3 (essential)
- 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst
- Advanced SQL skills
- Retail systems knowledge
- IT degree/diploma and ISTQB certification (advantageous)
