**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting complex investigations, analyzing data, and identifying new patterns of fraudulent activity. You'll work closely with our global teams, including Corporate AP, Money, Legal, and Technical Support, to ensure that our financial activities stay ahead of potential threats.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough investigations into merchant and exchange accuracy (VITA) development in Corporate Extortion locations
* Analyze data from various sources, including requests and payments, to identify patterns of fraudulent activity
* Gather, investigate, and protect evidence for reference to legal or police authorities
* Summarize findings and recommendations to senior leaders in regular business updates
* Conduct interviews with witnesses and key individuals to support investigations
* Drive efficiency across teams that support investigations by creating streamlined processes and meeting objectives
* Identify new patterns of fraudulent activity and develop models and frameworks to prevent them
* Exercise judgment and discretion in a high-pressure environment to raise awareness of potential fraud
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and partners across the globe
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Criminology, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Math, Statistics, Finance, Law, or Policing
* 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field
* 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish investigations
* Proficiency in coding in SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across geographies to meet team goals
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex issues
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE)
* Experience with criminological data analysis, data visualization, or data mining techniques to identify patterns of fraud
* Experience working in a high-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty
* Direct management of remote or globally dispersed teams
* Work experience in public accounting, internal audit, or external audits, and SOX compliance practice
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience conducting interviews with witnesses and individuals of interest
