The role involves analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, and collaborating with various teams to bring new products to market. Responsibilities - Provide support to clients on product features and respond to technical inquiries - Resolve customer issues related to installation, operation, maintenance, product application, and compatibility - Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions - Apply workflow and process management knowledge to improve product usage and client outcomes - Support product adoption by helping define features and sharing customer feedback with the product team - Collaborate across departments to communicate client needs and represent the voice of the customer - Assess new technologies, innovations, and approaches that may accelerate the product roadmap - Contribute to product technology, architecture, design, and implementation of consistent methodologies, as needed - Complete routine assignments using established procedures and practices - Meet deadlines and objectives while working under guidance from more experienced team members Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience - Entry-level professional experience or demonstrated exposure to product support, technical support, client service, or a related field - Understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exchange straightforward information and confirm understanding - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop technical competence through structured assignments - Experience supporting clients in a product, technical support, or operations environment - Familiarity with workflow and process management concepts - Exposure to product lifecycle, implementation, or client-facing technology solutions - Interest in product development, innovation, and client experience improvement Benefits - Bonus Eligible - All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
