Pay Range: Pay Range:$38.93 - $54.76 Responsible for full life cycle recruiting — recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of physicians and advanced practice providers by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to fill clinical vacancies. The Provider Recruiter educates prospective candidates about careers and the benefits of working for SEARHC and its communities. This remote/hybrid position requires travel to SE AK locations and national conferences to support recruitment and system needs. Key Functions and Responsibilities:: - Leads full cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple facilities and clinics.  - Develops and implements specialized, multidisciplinary recruiting, advertising, and marketing strategies for sourcing and referring qualified applicants for all vacancies.  - Participates in the development of strategic plans to source, recruit, screen, and interview active job seekers and passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.  - Markets and promotes SEARHC to applicants and networks, collaborating and promoting the organization with residency and fellowship programs, universities, and professional organizations.  - Builds and maintains strong relationships with medical staff leaders and community partners.  - Conducts candidate screening, coordinates interviews, manages travel logistics, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience.  - Collaborates with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles.  - Tracks recruitment metrics, documents activity, and ensures accurate reporting within applicant tracking systems.  - Represents the organization at national conferences, job fairs, residency events, and community engagement functions.  - Ensures compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.  - Maintains knowledge of financial aid or reimbursement programs related to physician placement within the regional network.  - Investigates all leads for potential candidates, including sourcing through advertising, direct mail, resident-related events, and website management.  - Coordinates site visits, tours, and meetings for prospective candidates, including community and facility tours.  - Checks references and credentials, sets realistic timetables for negotiations, and manages onboarding of contracted candidates.  - Demonstrates teamwork by participating in committees and marketing activities geared toward recruiting physicians or providing community services.  - Exhibits knowledge of diverse cultural issues and works effectively with diverse populations.  - Maintains thorough knowledge of equal employment laws, ADA, and other compliance regulations affecting recruitment.  - Other related duties as assigned.  Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required  - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field required (five years of physician/provider recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).  - Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) certification from the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) – preferred.  - AAPPR credentials preferred.  - Candidates with the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) designations – preferred.  Experience Required  - Three years of previous physician/provider recruitment experience required.  - Experience with high volume recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and web-based recruitment required.  - Successful track record of candidate generation and placement.  - Experience with technology-based recruiting tools including social media, talent attraction/engagement platforms, search engine optimization, virtual career fairs, etc.  - Experience using applicant tracking system – preferred.  - Strong relationship-building and candidate sourcing skills required.  - Strong writing and communication skills required.  - Strong computer skills and customer service required.  - Effective time management and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  - Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) required.  ​ Knowledge of  - Recruiting, staffing, marketing, sales, and advertising processes and procedures.  - Diverse cultural issues and effective work with diverse populations.  ​ Skills in  - Managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.  - Creating a work environment in which staff and applicants can comfortably express concerns pertaining to recruitment and the application process.  ​ Travel Required  Up to 10% travel expected to various working locations and conferences.
