Patient Account Representative II / Third Party
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Patient Account Rep II/Third Party Representative
Work location: 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011
Work environment: Remote Contact Center – onsite training may be required
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (830am – 5pm)

Here’s What You Need:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
· Six Months of experience in Hospital Business Operations Account Receivables (REQUIRED) *** Medical Office Experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
· Insurance verification, eligibility and benefits
· Assist management with trending, tracking, reporting, process improvement Verify, load and ill commercial and miscellaneous coverage reported by customer service, ECI ,Medlytix and bad debt agencies. The accounts are referred by UIC, email, web reports, and spreadsheet. As well as back up for Medicare/Medicare HMO, Tricare and VA Coverage Discovery PAR.
· Organize and coordinate workflow as well as meeting deadlines fand keeping up with changes in processes, etc
· Productivity standard is 250 accounts per week. Goal for Quality Review score is 3.0 with scores falling below 2.7 considered below average.
· Pulling weekly reports for vendor to review and resolve and keeping information organized and accessible.
· Identify trends related to insurance eligibility, verification and loading. Trends should be elevated to the management or appropriate departments for corrections as needed.
· Issues should be trended and provided to supervisor or management timely.
