• Updates to the role-based permissions in SuccessFactors and aligning with IAM
• My team will configure and structure the role-based permissions
• IAM will be responsible for taking requests for elevated access and automating the assignment of that role in IAM
• We will need a full audit of our roles and assignment of roles before doing this transition
• SuccessFactors upgrade coming in spring
• Salesforce MFA implementation with very unique user needs for crew
• Planning and implementing Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace in SalesForce

POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of HR Systems Product Delivery is the business system owner of HR product solutions and manages the HR Systems Delivery team. They oversee the end-to-end process of conceptualization through system implementations and enhancements led by the Product Owners as well as provide business, system and process support to senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct leadership of the Sr Director of HR Transformation, the Director, HR Systems Product Delivery oversees the entire Systems Solution pillar: managing the HR Systems Delivery team and allocating SMEs to HR systems within our HR eco-system.
• Together with the HR Transformation team, this leader builds relationships with all business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported by the HR Product team
• Partners with functional groups to develop process landscape, gap analysis, product transformation plans, organizational impact analysis, and long-term change workstream strategy
• Manages project risks and successfully removes barriers or escalates risks/issues to senior leadership as needed
•Provides senior leaders with regular reports, status updates, progress etc.
•Manages the prioritization of the backlog based on urgency and criticality of requirements
•Evaluates the work done by the Product Owners and development team, providing constant feedback, ensuring maximum product value in line with customer expectations and product vision
•Analyzes market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needs
• Manages security and environment management for enterprise HCM solutions, predominantly SAP SuccessFactors
• Reviews all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirements
As a member of the extended HR Operations Leadership Team, this role is also responsible for
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
•Highly strategic, proactive, and organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
•12+ years of operational HR experience with 3-5 years of people leadership experience
• Experience in project management using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of portfolio management across a broad range of HR process areas, systems, and workflows including but not limited to: HCM, Case Management, Learning, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Sourcing, Compensation, and Reward
•Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
•Skilled in customer-facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
•Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
•Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders
•Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executives, team member resources, and external third-party groups
•Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills
• Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.)
