About the Position:
In this exciting role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to a variety of service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, utilizing your problem-solving skills to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a strong client-facing orientation, and the ability to develop technical acumen to resolve complex issues.
