Job Description:
We are seeking a seeking dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide meaningful, one-on-one therapy services in Henrico, VA. Be part of a compassionate team helping children with autism and developmental differences reach their fullest potential through individualized, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community-based settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors
• Collect and record data accurately to track client progress
Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Commitment to consistent attendance and professionalism
