POSITION SUMMARY
The Practice Manager will provide direct support to the Director of Operations or Senior Practice Manager by assisting with operational and administrative activities for assigned CRH Anesthesia practice locations. Duties include scheduling, staffing, assisting with the onboarding process of new hires, payroll, providing training for staff and maintaining a consistent on-site presence. Practice Manager is responsible for the daily operations including project management, practice and provider relations and the all-around support of the assigned portfolio's performance and success.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred course concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field. Will consider equivalent work experience of 8 (eight) years in a related field in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Licensure & Certifications: N/A
Previous Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a managerial position in a clinical or medical setting. Strong understanding of healthcare administration and management
Skills: Differentiated sense of self-motivation, direction, and flexibility with comfort in a high-paced work environment. Strong organizational development capabilities with effective communication skills. Ability to analyze an issue or opportunity and provide viable solutions and alternatives. Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with executives, clinical leaders and clinical providers. Ability to work independently but also work with multiple business groups and in a matrixed organizational structure. Solid understanding of finance management.
Computer Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and use of a laptop and mobile device is required.
Travel: Regular site visits at the cadence agreed upon Sr. Director/Director with ability to travel within the assigned territory, as necessary.
Work Environment: Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available.

JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
· Responsible for the schedules, staffing, payroll, and all-around support for assigned practice locations.
· Partners with staffed providers, physician partners, Ambulatory Surgery Center administrative and clinical leadership and CRH ancillary and support leadership.
· Facilitate the onboarding and training of new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among staff
· Cultivates and develops long-term professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
· Thinks critically and strategically regarding financial and business operations.
· Assists with the management of a variety and assortment of projects simultaneously and works with directors/executives at all levels both internal and external to the organization.
· Contributions with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and coordinating the training/orientation of anesthesia providers for practice locations.
· Completes the first review and edits the payroll, and Time and Attendance needs for practice locations.
· Ensures participation in relevant educational programs for anesthesia staff and making certain anesthesia team is complying with all quality and compliance programs/protocols.
· Works collaboratively and cooperatively with leadership staff throughout the various surgery centers to resolve any clinical or operational issues and improve processes.
· Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
· Assists in the efficiency and overall success of the billing process.
· Addresses and thoroughly handles all patient complaints.
· Works in collaboration with the Senior Practice Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Human Resources to research, understand and address any personnel issues or concerns.
· Ensure that providers adhere to CRH and Ambulatory Surgery Center compliance and regulatory standards, as well as facilitate their understanding and effective utilization of CRH's Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement (QA/QI) programs.
· Assists in the efficiency and overall success of the billing process.
· Assists in addressing all patient complaints with Director-level oversight.
· Travel within the assigned territory as necessary and as needed to meet with prospects/qualified leads to further develop interest

· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experienced and strong Practice Manager preferably within the Triad/Charlotte area but open to NC in general. This role will be important for continued growth in NC
