Job Description:
• Assist in the development, evaluation and management of online media plans for pharmaceutical clients
• Develop and manage the RFP process and assist in the evaluation of proposals
• Maintain a responsive working relationship with clients, vendors and internal agency staff
• Build and maintain rapport with media publishers through daily interactions
• Collaborate closely with account and creative teams
• Stay informed about new and emerging technologies
• Provide agency POVs on new opportunities related to client objectives
• Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and the invoice process
• Analyze research data and compile monthly competitive analyses
• Assist in monthly campaign reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications or equivalent education plus professional experience
• 1-2 years of experience in media planning and buying
• Able to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong presentation skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in comScore, Kantar and MRI is preferred
• Online media background specifically working with pharmaceutical brands is preferred
