Job Title: Marketing Analyst/Manager T2
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Strategic Marketing:
• Support in developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing plan tailored to the region, aligned with sales objectives and market dynamics.
• Ensure tight collaboration with SAP LoB marketing teams to leverage global campaigns and align on messaging, content, and strategy for the region.
• Advocate for scalable marketing approach while addressing business marketing needs.
Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
• Partner with sales and partner teams to co-create initiatives that address key regional business objectives.
• Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, physical and virtual events, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer advocacy programs, to drive measurable outcomes.
Collaboration & Alignment:
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with regional priorities and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with priority partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns and enablement programs that amplify the impact of SAP’s go-to-market efforts.
What You Bring
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing roles within the tech / SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams, including LoB marketing colleagues.
• Strong understanding of demand generation strategies, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in managing campaigns across diverse regions with varying market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on fostering alignment across teams.
• Physically based in North America
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
