You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and making recommendations to customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers * Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable * Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision * Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly * Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service * Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols **Essential Qualifications** * Previous sales or customer experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting monitoring, recognition, and response abilities * Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues * Ability to correspond raw data from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings * Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to take complex, uncertain points, build procedures, and influence partners * A fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CTI systems and applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
