We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role
As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns about available benefits
- Educating members about the benefits they're eligible for, and helping them understand the value of their union affiliation
- Working closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and members
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with union members, associations, and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivation, with a strong desire for professional growth and development
