Key Responsibilities: MuleSoft Development (Primary Focus): - Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate internal and external clinical systems. - Develop and maintain scalable, reusable APIs and integration flows supporting clinical trial data exchange (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, and sponsor-facing platforms). - Ensure MuleSoft integrations meet compliance standards such as HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MuleSoft integration performance and reliability. - Stay current with MuleSoft platform updates, integration best practices, and clinical research technology trends.   Automation & Orchestration Support: - Configure and maintain workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and UiPath to automate business processes and system interactions. - Integrate automation solutions with MuleSoft APIs and other enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical workflows. - Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs to ensure reliability and compliance.   General Integration Responsibilities: - Work closely with software engineers, data managers, clinical operations, and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Maintain documentation for integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.   Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on MuleSoft development. - Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and UiPath for workflow automation. - Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns. - Familiarity with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
