Aarista Technologies is seeking an Intake Specialist to support their Revenue Cycle Management department. This role is essential for completing tasks effectively and efficiently, contributing to positive outcomes through communication with patients and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Completes accurate & timely census management processes
- Completes accurate & timely patient insurance/demographic management
- Positively contributes to department outcomes-based performance
- Completes any required training and optimizes performance of all tasks
- Efficiently & effectively manages time
- Participates in continuous process improvement to assist department and company achievement of goals
- Exhibits a high degree of customer service and professionalism
- Follows standard operating procedures
- Assists in other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software
- Experience in healthcare billing, credentialling, and/or contracting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment
- Experience in intake in the states of CA, OR, IN, IL, FL, or MO but not required
